Our passion for building was instilled in us by our late grandfather John Waits Sr. and our father John Waits Jr., together they taught us the importance of values, communication, and hard-work. All of those things and a strong commitment to family makes us who we are as a company.
Fun-Fact - "Teulu" is a word we often get asked how to pronounce or simply what's the meaning. Teulu is a word from the Welsh language meaning family and it is pronounced "tay-lee." In starting this business as a family venture we felt it was important to pay homage to our Welsh heritage, thus Teulu (family) homes was born.
